A/S service Usage Guide

- The warranty period for the product is 15 days from the date of purchase, and the confirmation of the purchase date is based on the purchase receipt.
- Even within the warranty period, damages caused by customer negligence such as product drops are not covered under free A/S.
- If damage or malfunction occurs due to customer negligence or carelessness, A/S may not be available or may be subject to charges.
- In case of exchange or return due to customer negligence, a shipping fee (standard:3,300 won) will be charged.
- After submitting an A/S request, the customer center will contact you for confirmation. Once all confirmations are completed, the courier service will be arranged for collection.
- If any issues arise with the product after receiving it, please contact the customer center for assistance.
- When applying for A/S, please provide proof of purchase for the product.
- If the purchase date cannot be confirmed, it may be difficult to proceed with A/S processing. We kindly ask for your understanding in this matter.
